Algorithm for Shalom
I can hope….
We cannot have shalom between countries If we cannot make shalom with our neighbors We cannot have shalom with our neighbors if we cannot create shalom within our family We cannot have shalom in our family If we don't open our hearts and find shalom within ourselves. But if we breathe shalom into our hearts and embrace our relatives, despite our differences and reach out in shalom in our neighborhood... then, maybe -- just maybe -- we can stitch together pockets of peace into a crazy quilt of universal shalom.
